This is not a traditional open house. It is a guided experience, hosted personally by Theresa Grant, REALTOR,  designed to share the story, charm, and creative legacy of The Curious Cottage.

What to Expect

​

• Each guided tour will last 15–20 minutes and take place in small groups.

• Please arrive on time for your selected reservation. Due to the nature of the tour, late arrivals may be rescheduled on-site to a later time — if availability allows.

• The property includes stairs, uneven surfaces, and limited parking. Flat shoes are strongly recommended for your safety and comfort.

• There is only street parking, no sidewalks, and may require a short walk. Please do not block driveways.
