Virtual Buyer Consultation

Meet with a member of our team of professional Realtors to determine your needs, your budget, and your options via live video. There's nothing for you to do except to click the link we send you when we set up the appointment.

Virtual Loan Approval

​

We will introduce you to a group of mortgage lenders who will help you secure the best loan terms available, and streamline the process to get online loan approval.

​

Virtual Showings / Social Distance Showings

​

Tour homes via live video with one of our team Realtors.  We start with a 3D walkthrough if available and move on to video with a team member touring the house with you, at your direction.

​

Social distance showings are available to clients who are healthy, feeling well and have not traveled within the last 14 days. We will all drive separately to the house, and we will provide shoe coverings. We ask that you provide your own personal mask and gloves.  We will wipe down all surfaces before leaving and we ask that we "look, don't touch" to minimize impact and maximize our time together. We will maintain 6 feet distance and follow all other Center for Disease Control recommendations in effect.

Paperless Electronic Signing

Offers and underlying paperwork are prepared digitally and sent with encryption for maximum security.

​

Virtual Inspections / Social Distance Inspections

​

Appraisers and inspectors will be required to follow all Center for Disease Control recommendations in effect. Home inspections in particular are limited to the home inspector, but we encourage a video conference between the inspector, you, and your team Realtor during the final portion of any inspection so that if there is anything that needs immediate attention or demonstration we are all aware of it.

Mobile and Digital Notaries

We will arrange for a mobile notary to meet with you for escrow and loan document signing, if necessary. Many escrow offices and mortgage lenders are using a digital format as well, so there is no need for you to come to an office.

Professional Cleaning and House Preparation Prior to Moving In

​

We will negotiate a house cleaning for you, so you know when you open the door to your new home that it's ready for you to enjoy.
